DANCERS

As a photographer, I specialize in portraiture and have worked with a specific concentration on dancers. Growing up dancing in the studio, I believe that the spacial awareness and control that dancers have over their bodies is one of the most beautiful talents a person can have. My passion for these shoots derives from the powerful connection of the visual language used to express emotions and tell stories in both photography and dance. These shoots range from 45-90 minutes and include an initial consultation to discuss what kind of a dancer you (or your child) are. Just like each individual has their own personality, each dancer has their own unique movement and passion that I love to discover and highlight through imagery.

Pricing begins at $375. All collections include:

Consultation and shoot design (collaborating on an outfit and location that will compliment the kind of dancer being photographed).
At least 45 minutes of shooting.
The entire digital collection (20+ images).

CONCEPTUAL (CREATIVE)

With my background in the Fine Arts, I am offering my complete skill set to those who wish to create something out of the box. My creative process begins with one spark of inspiration. As my client, we would meet for coffee (my treat!) and discuss what imagery you would like to create. Together, we will create a narrative based on a prop, a feeling, a theme-whatever inspires you! If you don't have a specific idea in mind, meeting up and getting to know you will help me brainstorm ideas that you can choose from. After our meeting, I will do the research and create a specific shot list that we will capture during our shoot together.
